Full job description Job Descriptions - Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations; - Prepare, organize, and maintain sales reports using Microsoft Excel; - Assist in data entry, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records; - Manage and organize filing systems for sales-related documents and reports; - Respond to customer inquiries, process requests, and ensure client satisfaction; - Prepare reports and other sales documents as needed; Required Skills and Expertise - Fluent English (Must) - Communicative Korean (Preferred) - Good knowledge of MS Office tools: Excel, Word, etc.; - Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills; - Attention to detail & problem-solving abilities; - Strong organizational skills & time management abilities.
