Full Time
1. Perform accurate data entry in Excel, ERP, Tally, or internal systems.
2. Maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
3. Prepare and update reports, summaries, and checklists as required.
4. Assist in follow-ups via email and phone for pending tasks or documents.
5. Handle inward/outward mail, scanning, photocopying, and document organization.
6. Support the team with clerical tasks such as printing, updating registers, and tracking logs.
7. Assist with basic material handling and maintenance of office inventory and supplies.
8. Coordinate with internal departments for sharing documents and information.
