Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist – High-Frequency EMI Absorber Solutions Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Specialist to drive sales of our advanced EMI absorber tiles designed for high-frequency applications ( 18–40 GHz ) in the satellite, radar, mmWave telecom, and defense electronic warfare sectors . Key Responsibilities: Develop and close sales opportunities in high-frequency RF markets (satellite payloads, radar systems, 5G/6G mmWave, defense EW). Engage with RF design engineers, EMC test labs, and aerospace/defense primes to promote broadband absorber solutions. Provide technical guidance on absorber selection, design-in, and integration for customers targeting 18–40 GHz performance . Attend relevant trade shows (e.g., IMS, EuMW, SATELLITE), technical webinars , and conduct on-site customer presentations. Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or Physics . 3+ years technical sales or application engineering experience in high-frequency components, materials, or RF systems . Solid understanding of EMI/EMC principles, radar cross-section (RCS) reduction, and absorber material properties above 18 GHz. Strong technical communication skills and ability to liaise with R&D teams and procurement . Willingness to travel regionally and internationally. Preferred: Prior sales or design experience with RF absorbers, radar systems, satellite communication components, or mmWave materials . Familiarity with defense, space, and 5G infrastructure customers .
