About the Role:

Admin & Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Office Management

Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintenance
Manage office supplies, vendors, service providers, and AMCs
Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment, housekeeping & facility management
Handle travel, hotel bookings, courier, and logistics as needed

Staff Supervision

Supervise and coordinate
driver and office boy
Assign tasks and ensure timely execution
Maintain discipline, attendance, and daily task efficiency

Front Desk Management

Manage reception duties including calls, visitors, and guest handling
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

Executive Assistant Support

Manage calendars and schedules for senior management
Coordinate meetings, prepare basic documentation & follow-ups
Handle email drafting, data management, and basic report updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate with 37 years of admin/EA experience
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Professional behavior, punctuality, and problem-solving skills
