Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to effectively demonstrate and promote products to customers by understanding product features, benefits, and current offers. You will also be actively promoting products to meet sales targets, providing excellent customer service, maintaining store displays, and building and maintaining relationships with customers. Additionally, you will be involved in administrative tasks such as data entry, stock management, inventory control, report generation, communication handling, general administrative support, and meeting and event coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Understand product features, benefits, and current offers to effectively demonstrate and promote products to customers - Actively promote products to meet sales targets and objectives - Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues - Ensure product displays are organized, shelves are stocked, and the store is clean - Build and maintain relationships with customers - Maintain records of daily sales, stock, customer details, and other relevant information - Assist with stock checks, inventory management, and restocking - Track inventory levels and order new supplies as needed - Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant data - Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication - Provide support for various administrative tasks such as filing, organizing records, and scheduling appointments - Assist with scheduling meetings, arranging events, and coordinating with other departments - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures - Address customer issues, resolve disputes, and find solutions to problems - Collaborate with other employees to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth store operations Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping - Ability to work well in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent qualification Please contact HRM at 6369882531 for further information.
