Responsibilities in Sales : Product Knowledge and Presentation: Understanding product features, benefits, and current offers to effectively demonstrate and promote products to customers. Sales Promotion and Targeting: Actively promoting products to meet sales targets and objectives. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. Billing and Payments: Handling sales transactions, processing payments, and issuing receipts. Maintaining Store Display and Organization: Ensuring product displays are organized, shelves are stocked, and the store is clean. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers. Administrative responsibilities: Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintaining records of daily sales, stock, customer details, and other relevant information. Stock Management: Assisting with stock checks, inventory management, and restocking. Inventory Control: Tracking inventory levels and ordering new supplies as needed. Report Generation: Preparing reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant data. Communication and Correspondence: Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. General Administrative Support: Providing support for various administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing records, and scheduling appointments. Meeting and Event Coordination: Assisting with scheduling meetings, arranging events, and coordinating with other departments. Other responsibilities: Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Problem Solving: Addressing customer issues, resolving disputes, and finding solutions to problems. Teamwork: Collaborating with other employees to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth store operations.
