GD Geonka Public School, Kolkata, is in search of a proficient and dynamic Admin Manager to lead and manage all administrative functions at our Dumdum campus. As the Admin Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of the school's day-to-day activities, supervise staff, maintain records, and enforce policies that optimize the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the school's operations. You will be tasked with overseeing the daily administrative tasks, managing a team of administrative personnel, and ensuring their compliance with school policies. Handling student admissions, record-keeping, and report preparation for management and regulatory bodies will also be part of your duties. Developing, implementing, and supervising administrative systems to enhance productivity and compliance, along with coordinating with various staff members for service delivery, will be crucial aspects of your role. Acting as a bridge between the school, parents, and external vendors, managing inventory, supplies, and equipment, and ensuring adherence to local education regulations will be among your responsibilities. Maintaining communication with teachers, parents, and students on operational matters, assisting in event organization, budget management, and overseeing school facilities are also key duties. The ideal candidate should possess at least 4-5 years of experience in school administration or a related field, demonstrate leadership abilities in an educational setting, exhibit strong organizational and multitasking skills, and have excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities. Proficiency in school management software, Microsoft Office Suite, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. A proactive problem-solving approach, a bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred), are also required qualifications.
