Full Job Description: Upchaar – The Multispeciality Hospital is seeking a proactive and organized Admin HR professional to manage day-to-day administrative and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth hospital operations by handling recruitment, staff management, documentation, and administrative tasks while supporting a healthy and compliant work environment. Key Details: Job Type: Full-Time Location: On-site – Upchaar Hospital Experience Required: 2+ years in HR/Admin role (Healthcare experience preferred) Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field General Duties & Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, interviews, onboarding Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking systems Coordinate staff training, appraisals, and development programs Draft and implement HR policies in compliance with labor laws Resolve employee queries and handle grievance redressal Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.) Prepare HR-related reports and submit them to management regularly Support general hospital administration and assist in facility management Liaise with department heads for staffing and operational requirements Maintain confidentiality and promote a positive workplace culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
