Sales meetings: ➢ Prepare for the meetings after scrutinising the customer categories based on their buying potentials in alignment with leaders’ thoughts. ➢ Having effective sales meetings in order to understand – i) Understand the customer ii) Position organisation as best choice of customer. ➢ Generate requirement for the products.
