Role definition: Responsible for generating revenues by lead generation, meeting fixing, product showcasing and converting leads to contracts. Responsibilities: Lead sourcing and generation First meeting and product brief Involve leaders for second meetings Offers and product solutions Negotiations & conversions Tasks and activities: Lead sourcing and management: ➢ Source leads from various platforms, references of the target market customer categories as briefed by company. ➢ Meet the customer in person to introduce about company, product and capabilities. ➢ Maintain database of leads generated as per the internal templates. Sales meetings: ➢ Prepare for the meetings after scrutinising the customer categories based on their buying potentials in alignment with leaders’ thoughts. ➢ Having effective sales meetings in order to understand – i) Understand the customer ii) Position organisation as best choice of customer. ➢ Generate requirement for the products. Sales proposals: ➢ Brief the meeting output with leaders to seek solutions and guidance to evolve product fit solutions as per customer requirement ➢ Create presentations based on client requirements ➢ Co- ordinate with respective stake holders to get inputs for preparation of proposals. Sales conversions: ➢ Negotiate WIN-WIN deals ➢ Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines. Client co-ordinations: ➢ Write emails with customers to record all discussions with clients. ➢ Be the account owner for the customer and interface between internal stake holders for timely deliveries and updating to customer Measurement metrics ➢ No of meetings per week and month as per the management requirement. ➢ No of accounts converted per/month ➢ Revenue generated per month. Skills required: ➢ Fluency in English and other languages ➢ Persuasion skills ➢ Rapport building skills ➢ Telephone etiquette ➢ Meeting etiquette ➢ Selling skills ➢ Negotiation skills ➢ Listening skills ➢ Questioning skills Knowledge: ➢ Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint ➢ Usage of internet ➢ Reading and understand drawings ➢ Marketing tools Personal attributes: ➢ Candidate should be confident, go-getter and urge to become able sales expert with high energy, willingness to learn, persistent, hospitable and honest. ➢ Candidate to have hunger for personal growth and work with win-win philosophy. Qualifications: ➢ Technical preferred – BE/Diploma in civil / Mechanical - Interested to learn Trainee Fresher can apply ➢ Business management – UG/PG.
