Full Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Computer Operator / Office Assistant to support daily administrative and data management tasks at Upchaar – The Multispeciality Hospital . The ideal candidate should have good computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Details: Job Type: Full-Time Location: On-site – Upchaar Hospital Experience Required: 1+ year in a similar administrative or computer-based role Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications / 12th Pass with strong computer skills General Duties & Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain hospital records and patient data in software systems Handle data entry, reports, and document preparation Assist departments with printing, scanning, and uploading of medical and administrative documents Coordinate file management and maintain accurate digital and physical records Support front office and billing when needed Maintain inventory records and assist in stock updates Assist senior staff in basic clerical duties such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling Ensure confidentiality of patient and hospital information Troubleshoot basic computer or printer issues and escalate if needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
