Computer Operator & Office Assistant

Full Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Computer Operator / Office Assistant to support daily administrative and data management tasks at Upchaar – The Multispeciality Hospital. The ideal candidate should have good computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: On-site – Upchaar Hospital
• Experience Required: 1+ year in a similar administrative or computer-based role
• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications / 12th Pass with strong computer skills

General Duties & Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain hospital records and patient data in software systems
• Handle data entry, reports, and document preparation
• Assist departments with printing, scanning, and uploading of medical and administrative documents
• Coordinate file management and maintain accurate digital and physical records
• Support front office and billing when needed
• Maintain inventory records and assist in stock updates
• Assist senior staff in basic clerical duties such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling
• Ensure confidentiality of patient and hospital information
• Troubleshoot basic computer or printer issues and escalate if needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
