Full Job Description:

Upchaar – The Multispeciality Hospital is looking for responsible and compassionate Ward Boys/Girls to assist patients and support nursing and medical staff in day-to-day patient care. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients, especially those who require help with mobility and basic needs.

Key Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: On-site – Upchaar Hospital
• Experience Required: 0–2 years (prior hospital experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Qualification: 10th Pass or above

General Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in moving, feeding, bathing, and using the restroom
• Transport patients within the hospital (e.g., from ward to diagnostic areas)
• Change bed linens and keep patient areas clean and tidy
• Help nursing staff during patient admission, discharge, and transfer
• Dispose of medical waste and follow hygiene protocols strictly
• Serve food and assist with feeding if required
• Respond to patient calls and provide timely support
• Maintain patient privacy and dignity at all times
• Ensure wheelchairs, stretchers, and beds are clean and ready for use
• Support nursing and housekeeping staff with routine duties as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
