As an experienced and dynamic Admin Head at Vision Flying Training Institute's Amreli branch, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day administration and operations of the institute. This includes maintaining student records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing infrastructure and facilities, and handling vendor relationships. Your contribution will be essential in assisting with budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting. It will be your responsibility to uphold discipline, efficiency, and ensure the smooth functioning of the institute. Regular reporting to senior management will also be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day administration and operations of the institute. - Maintain student records, compliance, and regulatory requirements. - Manage infrastructure, facilities, and vendor relationships. - Assist with budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting. - Ensure discipline, efficiency, and smooth functioning of the institute. - Report regularly to senior management. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Administration/Operations (mandatory). - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software. - Graduate/Postgraduate degree. - Male candidates only.
