Job Description

The Admin Head is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions of the organization to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations. This role involves strategic planning, facilities management, vendor coordination, policy implementation, and leadership of the administrative team to support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies, procedures, and systems
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and infrastructure management
  • Oversee facilities, housekeeping, security, transport, and utilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the administrative staff
  • Allocate work, set performance goals, and conduct evaluations
  • Ensure adequate staffing and training of admin personnel
