About the Role

Administrative Executive is a versatile and critical position in various industries and organizations. Their primary responsibility is to oversee and manage administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the company or department. Here's a comprehensive overview.

Job Responsibilities

SOP & Ensuring

l Maintenance & Managing list of vendors for procurement.

health hygiene and safety

AMCs

l Keeping frack of admin assets in the organization.

l Extending support to other departments in procurement and installation.

l Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.

l Ensuring employee and facility safety.

l Maintenance of all records.

l Down to earth person to handle sudden situation.
