Admin Executive

Position: Admin Executive
Organization: Mitesh Rathi Classes (IIT JEE Coaching, Bhopal)

Salary: 16000 - 18000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the institute.
• Handle student/parent inquiries (in person, phone & email) and maintain records.
• Coordinate with faculty, students, and staff for smooth functioning of classes.
• Manage student attendance, fee records, admissions, and documentation.
• Assist in scheduling classes, tests, and institute events.
• Maintain office inventory, stationery, and other administrative supplies.
• Handle front desk responsibilities with a professional and welcoming approach.
• Support management in operational and HR-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with institute policies and maintain data confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (preferred in Management/Commerce).
• 1–3 years of experience in administration/office management (education sector preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
• Problem-solving attitude with strong coordination skills.

Job Timing : 11am - 9pm (flexible)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

• Mp Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
