Job Description: Admin Executive (With Tally Knowledge)

Position: Admin Executive Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years Location: Odhav

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
  • Handle documentation, filing, records management, and data entry. Maintain office supplies, stationery, vendor coordination and housekeeping supervision.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official communication.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and support HR-related admin tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, visitor management, and front-desk support.m
  • Support finance/account team in basic accounting entries using Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime.
  • Maintain petty cash, expense tracking, and bill processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.

SKills

  • Basic knowledge of Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime.
  • Ability to make voucher entries (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, Contra, Journal).
  • Understanding of GST entries, invoice creation, and ledger management.

Qualification: B.Com/BBA

Experience: 1 Yr (Fresher welcome)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,285.50 - ₹22,573.33 per month
