As an Admin Executive, your role involves managing office operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and managing daily office administration tasks. - Coordinating meetings, appointments, and executive schedules. - Maintaining organized records, reports, and databases. - Managing correspondence, emails, and internal communications. - Handling procurement, office supplies, and vendor relationships. - Ensuring compliance with office policies and company guidelines. - Supporting HR functions, including onboarding and employee records. - Assisting in document preparation, presentations, and reports. - Resolving administrative issues to ensure smooth office operations. - Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. - Coordinating office events, team activities, and corporate meetings. - Proficiency in using translation and localization tools.
