Admin Executive

As an Admin Executive at GlobalStep, your role will involve ensuring that the facilities are well-maintained to create a smooth and efficient working environment for all employees. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the CEO's residence in India, which includes sourcing and coordinating vendors and staff. Additionally, you will assist in managing the Cafeteria, Housekeeping, Security, and other related functions. Your support will extend to employee and client activities both within and outside the office premises. You will also be in charge of all hospitality-related aspects for clients and company guests visiting India, and coordinating regular safety drills to ensure everyone is aware of emergency procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain facilities to create a conducive working environment - Manage CEO's residence operations, including vendor and staff coordination - Assist in Cafeteria, Housekeeping, Security, and related functions - Support employee and client activities - Handle hospitality for clients and company guests in India - Coordinate safety drills and emergency procedure awareness Qualifications Required: - Preferably have experience in Housekeeping, Front office, Customer Care, Guest Service, or Reception in the hotel or hospitality industry - Background in Hospitality/Hotel Management is preferred - Capable of managing all aspects of the CEO's stay and residence - Graduation in any stream - Hospitality background with proficient English communication skills - Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements In addition to the job role and responsibilities, GlobalStep provides benefits such as food, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
