Required Experience & Knowledge:

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (Commerce/Business Administration preferred)
• Experience: 2–5 years in administrative roles (real estate background preferred)
• Industry Background: Preference for candidates with experience in real estate, leasing, or property management

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, document control, correspondence)
• Prepare and coordinate lease agreements, client proposals, and presentations
• Maintain and update property listings in CRM systems
• Schedule site visits and meetings with owners, brokers, and clients
• Track lease renewals, document expiry, and compliance timelines
• Support sales/leasing teams with back-office operations and data entry
• Manage office supplies, vendors, and petty cash
  

Skills Needed:

• Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace
• Strong communication & multitasking skills
• Ability to coordinate with clients, brokers & internal teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
