Admin Executive

Job Description: - Company: Candidmen Fashion Pvt Ltd Location: Bengaluru Department: Operations / Admin Reporting To: Operational Admin Manager Role Overview We are looking for an Admin Executive to support the day-to-day operational and administrative needs of our growing retail stores. This role ensures smooth store functioning by managing admin tasks, vendor coordination, dry-cleaning tracking, and inventory-related documentation. Key Responsibilities Handle daily store admin requirements (materials, supplies, maintenance). Coordinate with vendors (electrician, AC, plumber, etc.) for timely issue resolution. Maintain dry cleaning records and track garments sent/received. Support inventory-related admin tasks (movement logs, damage/stain records). Manage bills, invoices, and basic procurement. Assist in admin setup for new store openings. Provide daily and weekly admin reports. Requirements 1–3 years of admin or operations experience (retail preferred). Good coordination and communication skills. Ability to travel to stores when required. Strong attention to detail and documentation habits. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
