Job Description

Sales Admin & CRM Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM Sales routines (opportunities, tenders, funnel management) for NBS and Modernization verticals.
  • Maintain sales data and CRM coverage reports.
  • Support implementation of company programs across the region.
  • Organize weekly/monthly business review calls and meetings with South region branches.
  • Handle Bangalore regional office administration and act as SPOC for FCM to manage travel queries.
  • Manage regional complaint resolution and closure process.
  • Coordinate global KEI initiatives and visitor management.

Requirements

  • Minimum

    2 - 3 years of experience

    in sales coordination, CRM, or sales support.
  • Strong skills in

    MS Excel & PowerPoint

    (reporting, dashboards, presentations).
  • Experience with

    CRM tools

    (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zoho, or equivalent).
  • Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
