ADMIN COORDINATOR (For Odisha Project) Immediate

Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between the Kerala corporate office and project sites in Odisha. Communication Management: Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and government authorities. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all project-related documents are maintained and comply with regulatory requirements. Scheduling & Meetings: Organize meetings, track deadlines, and coordinate schedules between different teams. Vendor & Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and government officials for approvals and project updates. Reporting & Updates: Prepare regular reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions for senior management. Administrative Support: Oversee office operations, procurement, and logistics to support project execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with government regulations and compliance processes. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Prior experience in administrative coordination, preferably in construction or contracting firms.
