Admin Assistant

Role Overview: You will be an Admin Assistant at noon, supporting the Buyers with vendor management and ad hoc tasks. Your role will involve handling complaints of Retail & Vendor Accounts Management, monitoring stock levels, ensuring timely product deliveries, managing reporting and analysis, creating recon reports, connecting with suppliers for CN for short/damaged items, creating PSPOs for GRN Correction, liaising with WH and vendors for invoice clearance, and assisting in clearing box quantities and ensuring timely pick up of RTVs for assigned vendors/sellers.
