Job Summary

Project Manager – ADM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams including IBM, client employees, and 3rd-party vendors.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee application development, maintenance, and support projects to meet business requirements.
• Apply project management methodologies and tools to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and execute effective communication plans for stakeholders at all levels.
• Deliver regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, organizational policies, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in ADM or application management projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and multi-vendor teams.
• Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in Public sector projects or governmental IT initiatives.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
