About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful/GraphQL APIs and backend services.
• Build and enhance responsive, high-quality frontend applications using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access.
• Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) schema design, optimization, and queries.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security across frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and industry Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack/Backend/Frontend Developer.
• Proficiency in backend frameworks : Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) or Node.js (Express/NestJS).
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies : React.js/Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind.
• Experience with databases : PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB/Redis.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC).
• Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical to Have :
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil) in frontend.
• Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of caching strategies and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
