AD / Senior Manager - Program Project Management Salesforce

The Role:

Delivery Recovery & Program Management Leader

recovering, stabilizing, and realigning projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  end-to-end delivery recovery efforts

  , including issue identification, impact assessment, recovery solutioning, and turnaround execution.
• Establish and re-align

  delivery governance frameworks

  (Agile, SAFe, TDLC), ensuring strict adherence to milestones, sprints, and quality standards.
• Re-baseline plans, proactively manage risks, and realign commitments with client expectations.
• Monitor

  delivery KPIs

  (SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margins, COPQ reduction, quality indices) and drive recovery initiatives including Estimate at Completion (EAC) resets.
• Chair

  Steering Committees and executive connects

  , ensuring transparent communication and client confidence.
• Manage complex

  commercial constructs, financial governance, and contract deliverables

  .
• Drive

  continuous improvement

  using agile methodologies, best practices, and recovery playbooks.
• Provide

  thought leadership, mentoring, and coaching

  to delivery teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with

  internal audits, InfoSec, and quality gates

  .
• Lead

  workforce planning, readiness tracking, and onboarding quality

  for delivery engagements.
• Address technical and program-level challenges across

  enterprise platforms

  (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9, Supply Chain).

Skills Required:

• 16-20 years of delivery and program management experience in complex, multi-technology landscapes.
• Proven track record of program recovery and delivery turnaround.
• Strong grasp of Agile delivery principles, governance frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience across industries: Health, Products, Communications, Media, Technology, Resources, Utilities, Financial Services, or Life Sciences.
• Expertise in at least one enterprise platform: Salesforce,
• Proficiency in one or more business domains: Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Customer Experience.
• Strong understanding of contract structures, commercial models, and cost optimization.

Nice-to-Have:

• AMS end-to-end recovery experience.
• Exposure to

  GenAI technologies

• Platform certifications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9, Supply Chain).
• Experience in

  platform design validation and pivot strategy execution

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 18 years of experience in program/project management.

Bachelors degree or equivalent (15 years full-time education).
