Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  inbound leads

  , qualify prospects, and convert them into opportunities.
• Conduct

  outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups

  to generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain CRM records accurately and update lead status regularly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns and improve lead quality.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.

Required Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in

  inside sales

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls and lead management.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.

• Experience in

  digital marketing

  , lead generation, or marketing automation tools.
• Prior experience selling SaaS or IT products.
• Strong presentation skills and understanding of online sales techniques.
