Resident Planning Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to oversee and coordinate road construction projects, ensuring efficient stage diversions and smooth execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervision and planning within the local infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage construction stage diversion plans for roadworks.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and authorities to facilitate smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide solutions for any deviations or risks.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant local supervision experience in planning stage diversions for road construction.
2. Education: Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board or accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for Resident Engineer registration.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and local regulatory standards.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
