Job Description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Ad Operations Team Lead to oversee campaign management, client coordination, and team performance. This role requires a strong background in online advertising operations, hands-on expertise in trafficking and troubleshooting, and proven leadership experience. The ideal candi will be proactive, client-focused, and skilled at driving operational excellence while managing a team and ensuring campaign success.

Responsibilities:

Be the coordinator with one or more external client POCs and ensure that all campaign requests are addressed in a timely and prioritized manner
Work with agents to ensure that the campaign setup is according to expectations and answer any questions related to ad operations
Be the pri y point of contact for all operations related inquiries (Process + Product), both internally and externally
Be able to traffic and QA different types of campaigns
Manage and maintain weekly/ thly/quarterly reports for internal management and external clients
Create and analyze reports to ensure campaign performance and contract compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve all internal and external issues associated with ad campaigns
Escalate highly technical issues that beyond just tag troubleshooting to the engineering team
Must be a people person and be able to effectively and closely work with the team as a people manager
Be very proactive in client communication and expectations setting

Qualifications :

8+years of relevant work experience managing online ad operations
Bachelors degree
Must have existing Team Lead experience (2-3 years) in online advertising
Should have worked directly with US clients or associates in the past
Absolutely know how to traffic and troubleshoot campaigns
Ability to work during US timings
Experience with one or more internet ad serving systems
Excellent project management skills
Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
Strong team player with exceptional client service skills

Skills required

Must have knowledge of YouTube video upload practices
Must have experience in social media keting and trafficking
Advanced excel and database management skills
Must have good people and performance management skills
Must have a data-driven approach toward daily operations and problem-solving
Very good communication skills
Proactivity and critical thinking
Must have a high sense of ownership of the assigned responsibilities
