Job Experience Requirements: Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential security risks and strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations. Providing advanced technical support, guiding a team of support technicians and ensuring effective troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues. 8+ Years of Identity Engineer experience in offering hands-on assistance and mentoring team members to improve their technical skills. Broad understanding of cybersecurity including identity stores, authentication / authorization, strong authentication, & privileged access management capabilities and methodologies Drives the standards and systems architecture to support Identity & Access Management. Responsible for reporting on Identity and systems compliance across the organization and timely certification of compliance. Understands the business and technical requirements to design solutions from a business and technical viewpoint. Job Responsibilities : Advance expertise with Active Directory, Windows Operating Systems, and Cloud computing. Experience with Identity and access management tools like SailPoint, OKTA, Azure AD, Single Sign-On, etc. Knowledge of identity frameworks the deployment of various identity models within a large enterprise setting Scripting Expertise in languages like Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
