Role Description

Activation Manager

Develop and execute brand activation strategies aligned with client goals.

· Collaborate with creative, production, and account teams to plan events and experiences.

· Translate brand objectives into engaging, on-ground or virtual activations.

· Serve as the main point of contact between the agency and client during the activation phase.

· Understand client expectations, and ensure their vision is brought to life effectively.

· Hire, train, and manage brand ambassadors or event staff.

· Liaise with third-party vendors for production, logistics, and tech support.

· Manage activation budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.

· Prepare post-event reports, including KPIs, consumer engagement metrics, and feedback. 

Provide recommendations for improvement in future activations.
