Job Description

Job Summary:

Senior Manager Fulfillment

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client engagements in
fulfillment transformation
, including order orchestration, logistics, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
Develop and implement
fulfillment operating models
and digital roadmaps aligned with client business strategies.
Drive improvements in
order-to-delivery (O2D)
processes using analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.
Partner with technology teams to deliver solutions leveraging
SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Kinaxis
, and other SCM platforms.
Define and monitor
key fulfillment KPIs
such as order accuracy, cycle time, fill rate, and on-time delivery performance.
Manage large-scale
SC&O transformation programs
with multiple global stakeholders.
Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.
