Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts/CRM Executive with a strong background in accounts and client relationship management. The role requires handling client payments, invoicing, CRM data, and identifying upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on client payments and manage overdue accounts.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), and final invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of payments, transactions, and client communication.
• Manage and update CRM data, track client lifecycle, and provide reports.
• Identify upsell opportunities and engage clients to support revenue growth.
• Act as the primary client contact for payments, orders, and service-related queries.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter).
• 1–4 years of experience in accounts, CRM, or client-facing finance roles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Experience working with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of GST and invoice compliance (preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, sales-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
