Job Description – Credit Control Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a Credit Control Executive with experience in the travel domain to manage receivables, ensure timely collections, and maintain client account accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from B2B clients (agents/corporates).
• Reconcile client accounts and resolve billing/payment discrepancies.
• Prepare debtor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts.
• Coordinate with sales/operations to resolve client disputes.
• Ensure adherence to company credit policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 + years of credit control/receivables experience (travel domain preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and MS Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with WinYatra accounts tool is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
