Accounts Receivable

As an Accounts Receivable professional at our client, a vertically integrated textile manufacturer specializing in bed linen and home textiles, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Cross checking discount/scheme incentive working before issuing credit notes. - Reconciling accounts with customer ledger and interacting with buyers for signing off. - Preparation of MIS reports. - Utilizing hands-on SAP experience, which is mandatory for this role. - Demonstrating experience in the Accounts Receivables module in SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S/4 HANA, including accounting of receipts from customers, accounting Debit Notes, Credit Notes, knocking off against sales invoices, and reconciling accounts with customer ledger. Qualifications required for this position include: - Commerce Graduate or Postgraduate. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Sound knowledge of MS-Excel. - Good analytical skills. - Ability to interact effectively with customers and the sales team.
