Job Description

Position: AR Specialist Location: Thane (West) | Shift: 12 PM – 9 PM / 6 PM – 3 AM (Cab provided in evening shift) Working Days: Monday to Friday We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Specialist to manage payment application processes, mailbox communication, and accounts receivable reporting. The role involves validating and reconciling transactions, supporting banking and RFP queries, and maintaining accurate ERP records. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of AR experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with ERP systems like Workday or Great Plains. This role offers exposure to global finance operations and the opportunity to work in a structured, process-driven environment with growth potential.
