ob Title: Collection Executive Location: Sector 19, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate Salary: Up to ₹27,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives Work Days: 6 days a week (Rotational Week Off) Shift Timings: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary: We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage outbound collection calls, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely recovery while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments. Negotiate and set up feasible payment arrangements. Maintain accurate records and update account statuses. Escalate high-risk accounts or complex issues when necessary. Provide clear, courteous, and solution-oriented customer service. Ensure compliance with collection laws and company policies. Meet daily/weekly targets and contribute to team goals. Participate in regular training to improve skills and compliance. Requirements: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in collections or customer service. Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Show more Show less
