Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the metals manufacturing sector and a strong understanding of credit control and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Invoicing

  : Generate and issue accurate invoices based on dispatch and sales orders.

• Receivables Tracking

  : Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers for timely payments.

• Collections Management

  : Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure prompt collections and resolve disputes.

• Account Reconciliation

  : Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Credit Control

  : Evaluate customer creditworthiness and ensure adherence to credit policies.

• Reporting

  : Prepare aging reports, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) analysis, and collection forecasts.

• Compliance

  : Ensure GST and other statutory compliance in receivable transactions.

• ERP System Usage

  : Work with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle) for transaction recording and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong understanding of credit control, GST, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
