Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Accounts Receivable Associate, based on-site at our location in the Mohali district. The Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for managing and coordinating invoicing processes, monitoring and resolving customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role also involves providing excellent customer service and communication with clients to resolve any billing issues.

• Proficiency in Invoicing and Finance skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
