Accounts Receivable Analyst

As a member of the Booking Holdings India team located in Bengaluru, India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business demands of the Booking Holdings Brands. Your responsibilities will include: - Addressing any system, operational, and external issues as they occur, taking ownership of the end-to-end process - Setting up and maintaining appropriate records and files related to customer remittance and accounts receivable posting transactions, including performing GL reconciliations - Supporting and collaborating with the Transformation Team/Opex team on continuous improvement initiatives/projects - Ensuring adherence to standard processes, documenting and updating them in line with compliance standards and guidelines driven by business needs/changes - Handling tickets from multiple OTC teams and performing ad hoc O2C tasks - Maintaining good contact with banks, third-party providers, and corresponding with internal stakeholders at all levels You will also be required to possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - 3-5 years of broad job knowledge - Mandatory OTC Cash Application/Allocation knowledge - Working on multiple bank accounts/currencies is preferable - SAP Fica knowledge, MS Office, Google Chrome proficiency - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken - Team and service-oriented approach - Ability to work independently with high self-motivation and discipline - Persistence and a sense of urgency - Creative thinking skills - Strong organizational and prioritization skills - Internationally focused with an awareness of different cultures In this role, you will operate within a single Business Unit and have a mid to long-term impact.
