Accounts & Pricing Support Associate

Role Overview

This is a hands-on internship designed for fresh graduates to support our pricing, accounts, and payment follow-up processes. You will gain practical experience in core business operations within a leading logistics company, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating pricing sheets, quotations, and auction bids.
• Support the accounts team with data entry, invoice preparation, and reconciliation.
• Follow up on payments with customers and vendors to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate records of pricing, accounts, and payment status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies quickly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills — polite but persistent in follow-ups.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Stipend

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, with the opportunity for full-time conversion upon successful completion of the internship.
