Role Overview This is a hands-on internship designed for fresh graduates to support our pricing, accounts, and payment follow-up processes. You will gain practical experience in core business operations within a leading logistics company, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position based on performance. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and updating pricing sheets, quotations, and auction bids. Support the accounts team with data entry, invoice preparation, and reconciliation. Follow up on payments with customers and vendors to ensure timely collections. Maintain accurate records of pricing, accounts, and payment status. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies quickly. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field (fresh graduates welcome). Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets. Good communication skills — polite but persistent in follow-ups.
