Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable and Payable professional to join our dynamic Australian accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions accurately and efficiently.
• Process invoices and payments in a timely manner to meet financial deadlines.
• Reconcile discrepancies in accounts and resolve billing issues with vendors and customers.
• Perform regular audits of financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare accurate financial reports related to receivable and payable for management review.
• Monitor and manage cash flow activities, tracking incoming and outgoing payments effectively.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication in English.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
