Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Accounts Payable Executive/Manager. The role involves managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment scheduling. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations. The Accounts Payable Executive/Manager is also expected to assist in monthly closing activities and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounts payable processes, invoice management, and vendor reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting
• Experience using accounting software and ERP systems
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role, especially in a professional services or consulting firm, is an advantage
