Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Travel and Expense (T&E) Specialist to manage various aspects of our T&E processes. The successful candidate will ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in handling employee terminations, audit reviews, email inquiries, report reviews, profile updates, and integration issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-6 years of experience in Travel and Expense management or a related field.
Knowledge of NetSuite for financial posting and integration.
Proficiency in Salesforce for ticket management.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Confirm deactivation of profiles for terminated employees.
Verify existing corporate card balances and report findings.
Review all out-of-policy exceptions.
Validate exceptions and communicate necessary actions to relevant departments.
Monitor and manage all expense-related inquiries received via the AP T&E email inbox.
Respond to inquiries or escalate to appropriate personnel.
Conduct final review of reports post audit and manager approval.
Post reviewed reports to NetSuite and document the process.
Handle Salesforce tickets related to expense detail and receipt requests.
Respond to and document resolutions for tickets.
Update profiles for new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
Validate and document profile updates.
