Collaborate with product teams to deliver intuitive, data-driven user experiences.
Champion Agile methodologies, keeping the team focused, productive, and innovative.
Prioritize backlogs and ensure everyone is clear on their goals and deliverables.

4. Inspire and Lead the Team:

5. Nail DevOps and Deployment:

5-7 years in a technology leadership role, preferably in Finance or FinTech startups.
Hands-on expertise in Python, Django, databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, and cloud platforms.

Machine Learning Mastery:

Proven experience deploying ML models in real-world scenarios.
Familiarity with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Practical applications in predictive analytics, risk modeling, or other financial use cases.

Agile and Beyond:

Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Experience in delivering products iteratively while maintaining quality.

Tech Savvy:

Advanced skills in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable system architecture.
Knowledge of microservices and automated infrastructure management.
