Job Brief:

PIC invites applications for the positions of Accounts Officer with following qualifications and skills required:

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (especially Tally Prime), QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
• Familiarity with online banking and payment systems (e.g., NEFT, RTGS, UPI).
• Understanding of statutory compliances such as TDS, GST
• Familiarity with procedures related to the Charity Commissioner’s Office, if applicable.
• Ability to coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
• Experience in preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor queries.
• Experience in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Ability to track and control expenditure against budget allocations.
• Ability to prepare and interpret Monthly MIS reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Experience in report automation using Excel functions/macros is a plus.
• Ability to liaise with banks, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Drafting professional emails, financial notes, and internal communications.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a small, dedicated team.
• Willingness to support other administrative and finance functions as needed.

Qualification required: MBA in Finance
