Accounts Manager

Manage and Overseeing the daily operation of Finance & Account department

Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports and statements

Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles

Preparation of Monthly Budget & review and Fund allotment for Capital & development activities

Preparation of daily cash plan for inflow and outflow of fund management

Maintain Net Banking Access security details

Meeting with MD for day to day funds inflow and outflow and fund disposal approval.

Cash and bank reconciliation

Letter of Credit documents preparation

Follow up of All statuary dues and make the payment on time

Filling of tax returns ( Income Tax, TDS, GST )

Filing of Statutory dues ESI, EPF and Submit the stock statement to bank

Preparation of export & Export LC payment collection & despatch documents

Prepare and submission of export documents to bank for collection and follow up for payment

Make the payment for import clearing duty and preparation for import clearing documents

Salary disposal on every month

Employees ESI and EPF database maintaining and Monthly data preparation and return filling

Access the company login and approve the employees’ ESI, EPF claims and data correction.

Monitoring the customer wise credit days and credit limt

Capital assets reconciliation

Month on month Revenue and expenses analysis

Qualification : B.com,B.com(CA),M.com,M.com(CA),MBA(Finance)

Experience : 4 to 5 years
